Northbound Coffee is roasted in small (tiny, really) batches in our vintage roaster at the base of Mount Shasta in beautiful Northern California. Behind each roast is a ritualized process aimed at crafting coffees that meet our own high standards for our single origin and blended coffees. So freaking good! Not only is their coffee fantastic, but they're super knowledge and welcoming at the roastery. Jen and Keith are usually there roasting and blending and always have a few minutes to chat about different tasting profiles and industry news. So nice having a local roaster in town. If you're driving through, make sure you stop by and get a few bags!
