I have been coming to this practice for the past year. I had not been to a dentist in several years and needed some significant maintenance work. The staff here were great, helped develop a plan to address my dental needs, and were very considerate of how much things cost. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the Northboro area.
Having had some BAD experiences with a childhood dentist, going has always caused me a lot of anxiety. Which explains why I only go when I need to. However Dr. Hollowell and staff are FABULOUS I keep going back. They respect that I have anxiety and have never made me feel ashamed of not following up with regular exams. I had an excellent experience with the Northboro Dental for a loose, sensitive tooth. The secretary fit me in a busy schedule and Dr. Eriksen was very patient and caring.
Had seen a denist in over a year and a half. Hygienist (Karen) was great. On time, quick service.
Told the hygienist that I needed to catch a train and she was great at accommodating my schedule. Always a great experience!
As usual, another friendly and efficient appointment. It is always a pleasure to experience a business that still has a solid customer focus. Going to the dentist doesn't have to be like pulling teeth!
