I have been going to Dr Howels for many years now. Even though I am afraid of going to a dentist, they still make me feel comfortable.
This office is very efficient in administration, professional and attentive in routine cleaning and checkups, and high quality in standard dental services. I have been using this practice for overt 12 years and am a very satisfied customer

I hadn't been to the dentist in 5 years. Dr Erikson was amazing and made this experience less painful than expected! I needed to get a crown for my tooth but was apprehensive to begin the process as I am in a wedding in 6 weeks. She offered to begin the process of taking molds right in my consultation appointment so that my crown would be in in time for the wedding! I cracked a filling after lunch on Friday. My dentist could not accommodate me on short notice. I decided to call Northborough Dental Associates. From the onset, they were cordial and were able to fit me in. I now have a new filling and have found a new dentist.
Experience was excellent
When t I had to reschedule my appointment, I was expeditiously given a cancellation slot (Yay). The "catch" was that I couldn't have Bea (Sniff). I had Sue instead and she was great! Although I miss connecting with Bea, Sue was engaging, upbeat and fun. Give her a raise too!
