I rented from NBPM and am totally disapointed in the unprofessional business practices of Jeff Collaso and his employee Joan Bingham. NBPM gave me a statment charging $500 for cleaning when I had the place clean before moving. While they gave me a statement deducting $500 from my $3000 deposit they have not yet returned the remaining $2500.
