I have moved from Kaiser to NorthBay Health and am much happier with everything.
What to expect ....? Don't get your hopes up . They may save you dying on that day . It will be without flare but as I imagine if you had any other options you'd go some place else . Not to say they don't have some wonderful and talented staff , they do exist . But are you lucky enough to find them . Returning people to health should not fall to fortune . The dietician should be publicly shamed and made to eat their own curacted menue . Just sayin .

I want to give a shout out to Nathan and Jason from the Security department who patiently looked for my mom's missing fone that she accidentally left in the ER. More power to these amazing guys!
I waited 3 plus hours and didn't get any test or anything done. I arrived and none was there and while still waiting there was tons of other patients not being seen. This hospital needs better staffing and acknowledgement of patients.
