I’d like to give a AAA five star rating, specially to Ryan who was able to take me in very quickly because my regular mechanics were on vacation which is duly needed. I stand behind that. The folks at Northbay Automotive were so great to us. We were on our way to Fort Bragg for a few days vacation and lights started flashing on our dashboard as we approached Petaluma. Northbay Automotive was not far away and they had good reviews. When I called and explained they said they'd take a look at it in the coming hours. New customer here. Had an issue that another shop couldn’t fix. North Bay auto couldn’t find the issue bc the check engine light was reset. After dine test driving- the car drove fine. He looked further into the issue and found the problem. Big job to fix but now it drives like a gem! Highly recommend this shop!
I was very happy with the 60k maintenance performed by Northbay Automotive on my 2018 F150. Their manager Ryan and his staff did a thorough job of identifying all components to be checked and or replaced at what I felt was a very reasonable price. Going forward they will continue to be my go to repair shop.
Excellent. I first scheduled a date. I left my vehicle, a 2002 Chevy S-10 truck, the night before the scheduled date. There is a blue box to right of the entrance door containing envelopes. Fill out the info on a envelope and put our keys it. Drop the envelope in the slot to the right of the blue box in the roll up door.
