First time coming here and decided to try it based on positive reviews. Called for a quote to have my back brakes replaced and was given a fair quote, and less than a chain store. Staff is super friendly, work was done quickly, I was happy with the work and the price. Will definitely make this my local repair shop.

I’m writing this review to document both a serious diagnostic failure and an equally serious communication breakdown. We brought our 2018 Ford F-150 2.7L EcoBoost to Northbay Auto for an exhaust-related issue. The truck remained at the shop for over a week, and we were billed $2,119.72. Within two days of pickup, the check engine light returned, and the truck was brought back as a documented comeback. Had routine service done on our Volvo. Oil change, filters, tires rotated and transmission fluid changed (50k). All done in the day, and under the cost I expected.
Great staff. Great service. I brought in my Volvo c30 with a check engine light on and they were able to diagnose it and clearly explain the issue and options. Repair cost were reasonable and affordable. I now take my car there for regular maintenance. Definitely recommend.
