Great staff. Great service. I brought in my Volvo c30 with a check engine light on and they were able to diagnose it and clearly explain the issue and options. Repair cost were reasonable and affordable. I now take my car there for regular maintenance. Definitely recommend.
I’m writing this review to document both a serious diagnostic failure and an equally serious communication breakdown. We brought our 2018 Ford F-150 2.7L EcoBoost to Northbay Auto for an exhaust-related issue. The truck remained at the shop for over a week, and we were billed $2,119.72. Within two days of pickup, the check engine light returned, and the truck was brought back as a documented comeback. Our car broke down while traveling through the area. North Bay auto was a recommended repair shop from AAA. Our car was dropped and they went to work on it immediately. It was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. The billing was very reasonable. They stayed in contact with us and gave us relevant updates. In short, they followed through with the job and did everything they promised they would. Ryan at the front desk did a great job and even helped us find a near by car rental agency.
My experience was Perfect! Oil change - check of fluids - recommendation on deferential fluid change and put my snow tires on! Friendly, great Communication and did not try to up sell me thousands of $$$ of stuff like the dealerships do! Will come back here forever and recommend to ALL!
