First time coming here and decided to try it based on positive reviews. Called for a quote to have my back brakes replaced and was given a fair quote, and less than a chain store. Staff is super friendly, work was done quickly, I was happy with the work and the price. Will definitely make this my local repair shop.

North Bay automotive was recommended to me by a coworker. I had a sudden need for a good mechanic on a random day. I first stop by North Bay to ask if they had availability, I was greeted with courtesy and Professionalism. They said they had availability. I had my truck towed over to the shop. They told me they would contact me the same day with an estimate which they did. They were clear and their diagnostic findings, I approved the estimate and asked them to start working on my truck. Had routine service done on our Volvo. Oil change, filters, tires rotated and transmission fluid changed (50k). All done in the day, and under the cost I expected.

Excellent. I first scheduled a date. I left my vehicle, a 2002 Chevy S-10 truck, the night before the scheduled date. There is a blue box to right of the entrance door containing envelopes. Fill out the info on a envelope and put our keys it. Drop the envelope in the slot to the right of the blue box in the roll up door.
