Took quite awhile to get approved but finally got the nice, clean, safe senior studio. It was worth the wait. I’m sure you’ll agree as I. ALL Staff are Professional, kind and considerate. Residents the same.

When I needed to move my mom to Seattle, we were scared we wouldn’t be able to find affordable housing that was close to me in the North side of Seattle. When an apartment we considered fell through, we found Northaven West and I am so thankful we did. My mom is thriving and is truly independent for the first time in years. The building is clean and quiet and staff are very helpful. It is located close to many walkable shops and entertainment. Downside is there is no parking really for guests but we make it work.
