This is the second year in a row that I have had my Volkswagen Tiguan serviced at Northampton Volkswagen. I am very pleased with the quality of service, the speed of service, and they are open on Saturdays.

Everything went so smoothly for my oil change and engine diagnosis. I can not enough good things about the Northampton Volkswagen dealership service department’s customer service.
As a longtime VW customer it is hard to find a reliable, trustworthy shop to keep my cars in theiur best condition. Currently driving a 2023 GOLF R. I had an issue that was causing the car to overheat on a Saturday morning as I was about to leave for vacation. I spoke with Bryam who was able to get my car towed in and in to be diagnosed same day. The service department staff at Northampton VW go above and beyond to make sure your car issues are resolved. I appreciate that when I last brought my car in because of a slow leaky tire, I got a free multi point inspection with a video. It’s helpful to know what’s going on under my car. The ease of scheduling an appointment is a perk and I know from experience this doesn’t happen at other dealerships in the area.
