Linda was great to work with at VW parts. She was helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy, even called and texted me to make sure I ordered the right parts and when I had question and texted her she replied ASAP. I really appreciate the excellent customer service
Linda was great, prices are pretty good, I ordered a few parts including big parts like a hood and bumper and still was able to pick them with in 2-4 days
I needed a part for my 2015 VW diesel golf wagon. The folks at Northampton Volkswagen took my order after verifying it was the right part and quickly processed it and sent it out. I received the part the next day. I want to thank them so much for how friendly and professional they were. Thanks again and Merry Christmas!!
Bought new wheels and tires for my Jetta. Linda was most helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure I had a flawless experience and got exactly what I wanted. It was an absolute pleasure to work with such a superstar person, I really appreciated the experience.
