Editing to add the consequence of the cancelled appointment: when Dr. Go cancelled on 9/28, a new appointment was made with a different provider. However, at the appointment on 10/8 we were told we need to wait further as in the meantime a mosquito bite has occurred making a surgical cut in the area a no-no. This should have been taken care of by Dr. Go on 9/28. Unprofessional and irresponsible! I have had 2 surguries and numerous follow up visits with Dr. Leslie Go. The surgeries both went perfectly and the follow up visits were informative and satisfying, since she has always been thorough and open to hearing and responding to all my questions and concerns. I am about to need another unrelated surgical procedure and am very confident in her surgical skills.

After suffering from a boiling "pilonidal cyst", I went for a checkup at a dermatologist in Amherst that referred me to Northampton surgical associates for further assistance. The people of that office are absolutely great. They are very warm and welcoming and this review has nothing to do with them.
