Over the last few years, communication has gone absolutely downhill. They are supposed to call back within 24 hours and never, ever do. Not feeling confident in my care anymore and will probably transfer to a new practice soon. Really disappointed. Update: after calling with a concerning pregnancy symptom and never hearing back from anyone, I made the choice to switch practices. Since then, I have heard from them no less than 5 times only to collect the final balance on my account. Really nice.

The doctor and the staff who work with him are very kind and the front desk staff is very kind. The only problem is that when you need professional help, no one answers or calls back, even though they say they will call back within 24 hours.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you need a solid primary care doctor, look no further. I've been a patient of Dr Digennaro for 8 years, and she is amazing. She has helped me through the process of navigating and managing multiple complicated health issues. In the process of getting my health concerns worked out, she always answers my questions thoroughly, provides referrals and labs.
