Have multiple kids, so in here constantly. The one time I came in 8 minutes late, the receptionist tells me that they arent sure they can see us because of it. Almost every time I come in I wait for an hour (or more!). Ridiculous, shameful, and disorganized. No understanding that kids are missing school and parents are missing work and other obligations, but has the nerve to complain and threaten about 8 minutes, and then had to wait anyway. My boys love going to Northampton Pediatric Dentistry. Today, my 7 year old had to have work done and Savannah was extremely patient and kind. Everyone is so friendly and my 5 year old actually laughs and tells jokes the whole time. "What time do you go to the dentist?... 2:30 (Tooth-Hurty)." HaHa.

We had a deeply disappointing experience with this dental practice. After encountering significant issues with my child's dental procedure, we communicated our concerns and even filed a formal complaint with the Massachusetts Dental Board.
