These guys are amazing. Incredibly patient, kind with the kids, taking time to explain everything that they’re doing, and reasonable prices. Recommend!
Dr.Zack here is great, but if you can’t see him for some reason (he was unexpectedly out today, leading to my negative experience) and your child needs extra time or patience, you will not get it. We had to leave today without my son getting his teeth cleaned because he was anxious and resistant and staff was impatient. Unless your child is never anxious at the dentist, this place isn’t for you.
Have multiple kids, so in here constantly. The one time I came in 8 minutes late, the receptionist tells me that they arent sure they can see us because of it. Almost every time I come in I wait for an hour (or more!). Ridiculous, shameful, and disorganized. No understanding that kids are missing school and parents are missing work and other obligations, but has the nerve to complain and threaten about 8 minutes, and then had to wait anyway. My boys love going to Northampton Pediatric Dentistry. Today, my 7 year old had to have work done and Savannah was extremely patient and kind. Everyone is so friendly and my 5 year old actually laughs and tells jokes the whole time. "What time do you go to the dentist?... 2:30 (Tooth-Hurty)." HaHa.
