We had a very disappointing and life-altering heartbreaking experience in this office. These dentists do not think that having a parent well informed about the treatment their child is going through is not important to them. The result is a metallic crown is highly visible whenever my child smiles or talks, which has caused significant distress. Had we been informed of the metallic appearance of the crown, we would have opted for a tooth-colored alternative to better preserve our child’s natural appearance and confidence. Th... read more
