My family of 4 lived here for about 1.5 years. If you have a small family, it is the perfect amount of space for the price. The property is far enough away from the main road that you don't hear much traffic. The fields behind and in front of the property are perfect for the family dog and the kids to run and play. The landlords are very kind and hardworking people. We didn't have many issues with the unit, but when we did have one, it was fixed quickly. Not my idea of a home
We are about to start our third year here. It's a great location, close to Aldi's and Wegmans and close enough to shopping. Its an older apartment and could use to some cosmetic upgrades but otherwise a nice place to live. the staff are super friendly and any time I've had an issue they are quick to come take a look/fix what ever is going on. Though in the two years ive only needed to call like 3 times.
I have lived here for 5 years. I would not consider the location as the "hood". It is located in the town of Gates and very convenient to grocery stores, convienence stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The office and maintenance staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The buildings are older but adaquately maintained. I reside in an apartment and do not feel that the rent is unreasonable considering that heat is included.
