whoever works on call and billing is incredibly rude and basically accused me of lying about my insurance plan because I have different coverage for out of state care that I’ve never had a problem receiving before including at Cooley Dickinson. I go to college here and not being able to schedule appointments in the area delays my care a lot. She won’t let you explain, tries to talk over you, and is overall unhelpful and snippy. I got a call from Audrey who gave me an appointment about 2 months out. She talks REALLY FAST and im having a hard time keeping up so i asked her to slow it down so i can take notes. She asked if i needed directions and i politely declined but she gave me lengthy instructions anyway. She talks EXTREMELY FAST.
