There used to be a very good doctor here, Dr.Sivolap. He is gone and now my loved one is stuck with Makwana who does not listen to his patients. He does not prescribe necessary medications and treatments nor does he give needed referrals that were recommended by specialiasts in the ER! Doctor seems to have a god complex and only became a doctor for money and status. I had an awful experience with this office!!! Their office staff needs to be retrained!!! While I was making an appointment on the phone for a family member, I was given to a nurse by the name of Lupe or lupa that was absolutely rude. Her computer froze and she started using f words. She was on speaker and my children heard her!!!! I immediately hung up! Unacceptable!!!!!!
