I was desperate to get an appointment anywhere for my nerve pain in my arm. I took a chance on Northampton Integrative as they could schedule an appointment the soonest. I explained my symptoms to the receptionist and she assured me I would be a good candidate for an appointment. I met with the doctor and she said there was nothing she could do for me and offered me milk thistle for all the NSAIDs and pain relievers I was taking. The poor experience could have been avoided is they simply told me they don’t treat acute injuri... read more

Northampton Integrative Medicine used to be wonderful. They figured out what was going on with me when no one else could after years of illness. More recently however they have become inattentive and rushed. The last straw was being misdiagnosed and treated for months for something I did not have. To make matters worse I found out after the fact that one of my providers didn't even know the classic symptoms of the disease that they had diagnosed me with. It's such a shame because they used to be amazing.

I’m writing this as a former patient who is both disappointed and deeply frustrated by the recent changes implemented by Northampton Integrative Medicine. Without any meaningful notice or patient input, the practice has instituted an outrageous membership fee — $350/year for individuals, $650 for couples, and $1,000 for families — just to receive care. This is not concierge medicine. This is not about improving access. This is about profiting off people’s health needs, plain and simple. For a facility that once claimed to pr... read more

★☆☆☆☆ Unacceptable shift in priorities My mother was a regular patient here — until they abruptly informed her that, starting August 1st, she would need to pay a $350 annual “membership fee” just to keep her appointment. No meaningful notice was given. Just a cold email and a canceled appointment unless you pay up. This fee is in addition to whatever insurance or copay you already have. It’s a blatant barrier to care, especially for people on fixed incomes or managing chronic conditions. What’s worse is how dismissive the st... read more

All 5 members of my family have been seeing Dr. Lynch for years, starting with my oldest child twenty (!!) years ago. Dr. Lynch is a kind, curious, sharp, pattern-matching physician who listens to the patient, and who combines what is on paper (labs, images, etc.) with what the patient (or parent) reports, and comes up with actual solutions. Over the years, he has consistently discovered root causes that other specialists could not, leading to improvement in our children's medical and behavioral conditions, and my and my hus... read more
