Service has declined over the past five years. This was the third instance of less than stellar service and I have not received any survey to add input. Checked in within the grace period for an appointment for our little and we ended up waiting near an hour because the app wasn't working when we checked in. Nobody thought to check until I went back to the front and said something. We did get into a room shortly after. Doctors that we have are great and make up for the declining service.
This group has gotten so bad we are willing to drive our child 40 minutes to see Bay State Drs vs using this location even though it's only 3 minutes away.
They have an extreme communication failure and sick calls and portal requests and more are never answered in a timely fashion. As I was told today they have over 14,000 patients - so know that your child won't be a priority! They'll also make you go to Boston for specialists even if they are available in Springfield. Since MA General took over care has gone down.
