We really like this office. Our favorite doctors we seen are: Dr. Steele-he's really good and funny with the kids. He's an older gentleman that knows his stuff. Amanda Dickerson-shes really nice and listens/understands a parents concern. It's easy to use the portal to message staff or make appointments online. I appreciate that you can make a quick sick appointment and most of the time for the same day or next. You have to wait until they call you in and everything usually moves fast.
Best doctors for kids and young children
The doctors are great but this is the third time we have called to an acute care visit and were told no to call back in the morning. First time was RSV and we ended up in the ER second time was this past Monday and we ended up in the Er, now my sons ears are draining and he’s crying in pain with ear infections and they said to call back tomorrow and someone will call within the hour. You cannot get acute care visits here anymore lately. He needs an antibiotic and have to wait till tomorrow and hope we get an appointment and ... read more
I went to the pediatrician office for my 5 year old daughters physical . We went this morning and seen Beth Shaine who has never seen us before and vise versa. As soon as she walked in the room, i can already feel the disconnect. I stated my concerns, one of them was i needed a new cardiologist referral to the same one she seen last year for concerns.
