We love NAP. All of the pediatricians have been fantastic. They have wonderful bedside manner, connect well with our daughter, and are knowledgeable and thorough. They always provide time and space to answer all of our questions. We are particularly grateful for their Acute Care hours and being able to call in and speak to an on-call nurse. Their hours have been hugely valuable to us.
Pediatricians are great but forgot them saying they have after hour visits for urgency. The last 4 times, we had to go to urgent care at the hospital because they had no availability. It’s to the point where we are switching doctors so we can have better accessibility.
Great pediatrician. Always have lots of open sick visits (can typically get in same day) and the nighttime nurse line was extremely helpful when our son have croup. Dr. Deschene is our primary and is great with our kids. But all the doctors we have seen (e.g. at sick visits) have been great.
I loved Dr Steele as a kid.
We really like this office. Our favorite doctors we seen are: Dr. Steele-he's really good and funny with the kids. He's an older gentleman that knows his stuff. Amanda Dickerson-shes really nice and listens/understands a parents concern. It's easy to use the portal to message staff or make appointments online. I appreciate that you can make a quick sick appointment and most of the time for the same day or next. You have to wait until they call you in and everything usually moves fast.
