I recently moved into North Hampton (managed by Morgan Properties) and unfortunately my experience has been frustrating. When I first applied, I was promised an apartment with vinyl flooring throughout and stainless steel appliances. After switching associates, I was told my request wasn’t properly input, and that unit was no longer ready.
