my father and I would like to thank Dr. Long and Dr. Mandi and all of the staff for the great care that you all have to our love Maggie. Although she is no longer with us, we know you did everything you could do for her. 💔 Thank you all so much for being so personable and caring.
Everyone is always so nice when I come in with my dog who tends to be very hyper. They are all very welcoming.
The staff here are fantastic. Im a first time dog owner and they always encourage me to ask questions. Dr. Long has helped me out on Sunday’s and Dr. Mandy gives every perspective and supports whatever informed decision that you choose. They are fair priced and clearly are in the business for the animals. I can’t say enough kind things about this place!
If I could not give any stars I would. This place is TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Both vets are extremely rude and so was staff. I brought my dog in for surgery and my dog is my BABY and they wouldn’t even pet him or anything to make him comfortable. I understand he is a big dog but he is a LOVER. then when I walked out because I didn’t feel comfortable with them touching my dog I called and politely explain to the receptionist that I wasn’t taking my dog here anymore she said good for you very rudely and hung up.
