Pretty bad, paper thin walls/floors, you will be constantly getting woken up if you have someone living above you. This really affects your quality of life. It is also marketed as a "luxury" apartment but the units are mostly outdated. Popcorn ceilings, no water dispensed from the refrigerator (brita needed), outdated countertops and my unit's tub/shower was held together by 4 layers of caulk. Living at North 680 was a mixed experience. The biggest downside is how thin the walls are — you can hear your neighbors talking and moving around as if they’re inside your apartment. Parking is another issue; spots are limited, so you’ll often end up walking quite a distance, even in the cold. The overflow parking lot has no lights or cameras, which makes it unsafe — my catalytic converter was stolen there, and when I informed the staff, they didn’t seem to care or take any steps to improve security.
