Update** 1 month on the broken elevator without any progress, also good luck making a positive talk with property manager Jake who is pretty rude and making excuses with his own experiences in “downtown”. PLEASE do not move here. New management in place and nothing seems to get repaired anymore theres also some sketchy people walking around lately and I don't feel safe. Why is eleavtor still out after a month :/ :(
Newly changed management and broken elevator for last 5 weeks with no schedule to repair. Ongoing construction all summer. Would recommend The Quin next door instead.
DON’T MOVE HERE if you want a peaceful live!!!This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had!!! The walls and floors are extremely thin, and you can hear almost everything—neighbors downstairs, conversations, footsteps, and even noise from outside. It feels like there’s very little sound insulation, which makes it hard to relax or sleep!!
