DON’T MOVE HERE if you want a peaceful live!!!This has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had!!! The walls and floors are extremely thin, and you can hear almost everything—neighbors downstairs, conversations, footsteps, and even noise from outside. It feels like there’s very little sound insulation, which makes it hard to relax or sleep!! Newly changed management and broken elevator for last 3 weeks with no schedule to repair. Ongoing construction all summer. Would recommend The Quin next door instead.
At first everything was great, management was taking care of whatever needed, then the management has changed recently. Same upsetting story like everywhere. The elevator has been broken for the third week now. I’ve asked for progress updates like estimated time and the management is doing nothing about it, they haven’t provided any updates. We don’t know how long will it be out for.
Pretty bad, paper thin walls/floors, you will be constantly getting woken up if you have someone living above you. This really affects your quality of life. It is also marketed as a "luxury" apartment but the units are mostly outdated. Popcorn ceilings, no water dispensed from the refrigerator (brita needed), outdated countertops and my unit's tub/shower was held together by 4 layers of caulk. For the money they charge, I would recommend neighboring buildings like the The Veridian or the The Quin as they are newer and offer ... read more
