A lot of people are complaining about this apartment complex, but I absolutely love it! The management actually cares about the residents, the maintenance is superb (shoutout to Dylan!) and I’ve never had a single problem with noise from neighbors. The price is definitely up there but I’ve loved living here. The best parts are the game room, the clubhouse, and the pool. And the gym is pretty great too! Highly recommend!
Do not recommend. Office is always closed, even when it claims to be open. The office doors are always locked and you can’t reach anyone via phone either. Elevator issues are non-stop. In the last 7-8 months things have changed here and it no longer justifies the cost. Our floor hallway barely even had AC during the hottest weeks this summer. Elevator works less than a McDonald’s ice cream machine and is out again, (no surprise, it was never fixed correctly after being out for 2+ months). New management needs to be replaced.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dylan, our Maintenance Supervisor. He is consistently prompt, professional, and reliable whenever a maintenance request is submitted. I do not recommend this place at all. New management had changed a lot of things and unfortunately are not helpful. Hours are not correct either so don’t even bother to stop by the office because the manager will never be there or the doors will still be closed. Please save your time and money and go to The Quinn or Verdian next door.
