Wow! Just wow! I randomly called this clinic I found on Google to make an appointment 15 mins before closing at 3pm. The rep answered and immediately said “please hold.” It’s been 20mins now on hold and no one got back to the call. I think it is so unethical of them to do this, and I only chose to call because they are located 3mins from my location smh

The front desk will drive you crazy. They’re so sloppy with answering the phone you’d think it’s rocket science for them. But the doctor is a solid 10 out of 10

I was just there, this afternoon, to get some blood work done in the lab. The receptionists are such pleasant ladies and are so welcoming. Always so nice to deal with. Thank you for all your work, I appreciate all that you do🙏

I visited a clinic near my home to see a doctor. After multiple visits, I finally found one doctor who was willing to see me. They informed me that the other doctors would not treat a refugee (IFHP) patient. The doctor examined me and prescribed blood work. After waiting more than a week for the results, I was given an appointment for Tuesday.
