Get directionsI have visited this place twice now. At first, I came late at night, and it took about one and a half hours from start to finish! At first, one person took my information and checked my health card. I waited about five minutes, and then a person called my name and asked me what my problem was. They checked my blood pressure and my temperature. Then I waited about twenty minutes, and they moved me to another part, and quickly, I visited the doctor! Came with twisted ankle - left in three hours and with and x-ray. All staff is very professional and respectful.
I came in twice, day 1, I waited 5.5 hrs and left as my name was not called. I want to mention that I missed my name as I had to take a important personal call. He said we... read more
2025 review: came in for a wild animal bite. Waited 3 hours. Left. Pro tip 1: allow your injury time to worsen, this creates a higher urgency in your care. An animal bite should be treated within 24 hours optimally and definitely before 72 ho... read more
I was in the ER with a friend. Saw a gentleman with a plastic bag around his foot. Bag full of blood and in extreme pain. When I approached the nurse to help him out, her response was that it wasn’t his turn yet. Absolute shocked at how dismissive and slow the triage in the ER was.
