I would like to sincerely thank and highly recommend Endoscopy North York Center. My experience was fantastic, truly beyond anything I expected. I was contacted by the clinic regarding my appointment scheduled for this week. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff over the phone was very disappointing. I was already extremely nervous about the procedure, and the staff member I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. Patients undergoing endoscopy are often anxious, and staff should show patience, empathy, and understanding. This interaction added unnecessary stress and made me feel unsupported. When i was scheduled, I went online to read reviews. Read the ones that said it was dirty and patients were moving about with poop on them and all that. I became afraid and disgutsed and wanted to cancel. I went ahead and I'm just here to debunk those. This place is clean, spectacularly clean, clean sheets, organised, and overall swift process, you wouldn't even know when it's done. Doctor is nice and explains things clearly.
