Horrible experience with the staff here. I had a colonoscopy booked and called them out of concern that my prep was not working properly, and to my surprise one of the ladies started yelling at me and scolding me over the phone!
Mom was scheduled for 11:30am. I came at 1pm to pick her up, was told there is one person ahead of her and it’s a quick procedure once she’s in. It is now 2:30pm and my mom is still not done somehow. Terrible time management, the waiting area is literally empty and this is the wait time somehow.
The best clinic for intestinal problems procedures. I have been with this clinic for 35 years. You do not feel anything and get sedated with propofol plus get your results right away. You also get a consult with the gastrointerologist before and after the procedure. The staff is so professional and kind in the procedure room and front desk reception. This clinic is patient geared and try to accommodate you to the best of their ability.
