Had an appointment at 8am, instructions stated to arrive 15 mins early to appointment. I was in front of the clinic by 7:30 AM. It is now 8:36am as I write this review and the clinic is still closed. I am still waiting for the clinic to open with another patient sitting right beside me who arrived at 8AM. Please be courteous of other people’s time. UPDATE: IT IS NOW 9AM. It is actually crazy how they will charge you $200 if you dont cancel your appointment within 3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. But to those who wish... read more
I am writing on behalf of a friend who was scheduled to undergo an endoscopy. Unfortunately, I had to witness what became a very distressing experience for her. Rather than encountering a supportive and empathetic environment, she was met with what felt like a cold and dismissive attitude from the staff. Your life, health, and dignity are too important !!!! Think carefully before risking your health/Life in this place. After my experience, I seriously question the priorities of both this establishment and the referring doctor who sends patients here !!!! What concerned me most was the atmosphere of the clinic. Its a upsell clinic not a medical clinic. Wait times are riduciuous. unorganized and a bit rude to say the least |! Do not go there !!!
