It's a walking clinic, with only Monday, appointment based for Dr Majlesi. Doctor Majlesi is a very good doctor. However, there's always a long waiting time of around 1-3 hours if go walking
I am deeply saddened to have to put this out here, but I have to look up for people to have the right expectations, Dr Majlessi is a great doctor, empathetic, caring, and quick at assessing and understanding your needs, but there is one big major issue that I have been experiencing with the clinic ever since they removed the system that tracks where you are in line for walk-ins. Unfortunately staff are not professional. And they are confused a little bit with false promises. However I truly love my family doctors in there and he is the most trusted person I have, he was my best friend one day in this country. Thanks for everything.
Very good reception desk and very patient doctor.
Terrible experience. Front desk workers are not even present to help and there was a long line. Tone of voice of the filipino lady feels very dismissive and I went home in pain because I gave up after I was kept waiting for over two hours. This entire experience end to end made me feel written off, mistreated, and hopeless. I don’t know where my pain is coming from but i’m gonna take my chances. Wish me luck.
