I had booked an appointment for my 5-year-old son at 3:00 PM, two days in advance. We came directly from school, but despite having a scheduled appointment, we ended up waiting for more than 2 hours. It is completely unacceptable that a 5-year-old child, after an 8-hour school day, while being sick and unwell, is expected to wait an additional 3 hours in a medical center without being seen or properly attended to. Dr Ali Khakpour is fantastic; knowledgeable, professional and very highly recommended. However, the clinic never answers the phone! Have been calling three days in a row, dialling different extensions, but no one picks up the phone even once!

Very friendly staff and great doctors. Been coming to Dr. Koupaei and Dr. Ali for years now. Wait times can be long at times, so an appointment is recommended if possible.
I had a very frustrating experience at this medical center. Despite booking an appointment two days in advance, I was told to wait upon arrival. I ended up waiting for about two hours before being called. After that, I was directed to Room 1, where I had to wait an additional 35 minutes before finally seeing the doctor.
