Dr. Padrone-Gleich did not take my gastrointestinal symptoms seriously. At my pre-procedure appointment, I brought bloodwork and stool sample results. She never looked at them. It took 24 days to get an "urgent" appointment requested for me by my primary care doctor. My colonoscopy couldn't be done because I had a blockage. In severe pain she sent me home and I ended up at the ER and had to undergo emergency surgery.
