Dr Song is the best gastroenterologist in Central Massachusetts. Friendly and helpful staff. Attention to patients. Extremely thorough and expert during recent colonoscopy. I flew across the country to continue my care with him.
Waited 40 minutes to be seen then left. No mention of running behind. Not communicating important information isn't what I look for in medical professionals.
My first colonoscopy was August of last year it was the worse procedure with terrible gas pains called the office to tell how I was treated. Dr Padrons communicated to me I have diverticulitis and if I have a flare up to contact her. Called the office on Dec 18 2024 looking if I should be on an antibiotic five days later with several more calls to the office I am told the doctor is offsite but receiving calls I have yet to hear from this office. What is the point of having a doctor u can't count on
