Everyone is wonderful and very patient and understanding they have been coming for my dad and one day they where at my parents and my mom had a problem and they helped her can’t say enough about how great they are
Nurse Brandi and Aid Jackie are WONDERFUL! They are both kind,,caring, knowledgeable and will help in anyway they can. I can not say enough good things about them and NWHC in general. The entire process of home healthcare and hospice has been very comforting. I would highly recommend!
The nurses were excellent . That why I gave them one star. 1. Was told my father couldn’t have a bath for a week “Because we only have one aide for Manistique and Escanaba “. Guess NW staff don’t bathe but once a week since they found this acceptable. 2. Was told we had to pick up my father’s hospice meds( an hour away). The pharmacy closed at 4 pm and at 1pm, “No record of him as a pt” 3.my experience with a scheduler was that she was rude and hung up on me. I was told “we’ve never had a problem with her”.
