I just moved to Plattsburgh. The nurse listened carefully and with empathy to all my concerns, sent out the referrals that I needed for services in the area, and set me up with the prescriptions I requested. She was very helpful. The lady at the front desk was also very nice. A lot of doctors make patients wait a long time in the room, but they were punctual! Office and bathroom were very clean. I'll update my review if anything changes.
