Patient privacy is clearly not being practiced here. After calmly expressing my concern to the manager, I was met with an unprofessional and rude response. Instead of addressing the issue, she asked me, “What would you like me to do about it?”—this was after I informed her that two receptionists were in violation of HIPAA law. This level of disregard for patient confidentiality and respectful communication is completely unacceptable.
This is where I go for primary health care. Very attentive, friendly, and competent care. They really care about their patients. Dr. Wren is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. I recommend them to people in the Plattsburgh area who want excellent primary medical care.

They did get me in same day when I had a medical emergency and saved me a trip to urgent care, and I still recommend this place to people, maybe I just need to adjust my expectations for a primary care idk
