If I could give this place 100/5 stars I would!! We have been taking my 15 year old dog here for years and years. He is not the average loving pup but just needs some love and care and they know just what to do. Recently I got a brand new puppy and she had a very scary near death experience at 9mo old. I had to bring my cat in to be put to sleep last night. Every single person there was so kind and understanding. She was my cat for 20 years, my best friend. They let me grieve as long as I needed to and kept checking on us. She went very peacefully in my arms. 10/10 reccomend this crew to ANYONE who has animals. Nicest people I've met.
Earlier this week my mom got an unexpected call that her elderly dog was having what seemed like a stroke. She hurried home and quickly drove him to your hospital since she lives down the road and you refused to help an animal in need that was dying in the front seat of her car all because she didn’t have an appointment and wasn’t an existing patient. I cannot say enough good things about North Windham Veterinary Hospital. The staff is always helpful and courteous, and they greet you with a smile. The veterinarians are kind, patient, and knowledgable. Dr. Carr and Sue have helped me care for multiple aging animals: coming up with a good plan to give them the best quality of life, and also helping to ease them out of this life when the time came....always with compassion, both for me and my beloved pet. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We got a kitten that needed immediate help. They got us right in, diagnosed, medicated and given hope in a short time. Baby is now the terrorist that she was meant to be! Thank you!!!! They are so wonderful when they care for my dogs, I have one with allergies and they get us all ship shape when he has a flair up. The techs and receptionists are all wonderful, you can tell they really love animals and truly want them to feel the best they can.
