We recently had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed by North Wind, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. The installation was smooth, professional, and the system works perfectly. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend North Wind for their outstanding service!

Moved into a new home and A/C was not working, had someone else in come in and made things worse, then I had no heat. North Wind came out and assessed the damage and had my heat and air running as good as new within the hour, he even explained the new thermostat (as different from my last one) and even made sure the heat and air were both working well. I was very impressed, extremely knowledgeable, wished we would have called him first. 100% would recommend!!

Great service. We had problems with our thermostat and they were able to help nice and affectively. They came on time and got the job done fast. They communicate well. 10/10 I would recommend to others.

I had a new furnace installation yesterday. From start to finish, it went so smooth. The technician was very honest, upfront regarding my issues, polite, answered all my questions, explained everything from start to finish. Clean up was fantastic. I would highly recommend North Wind Heating and Air Conditioning.
