If there is zero i put Zero.. if youre going walkin do not come here they told me that im 5th and its on the 3rd person. When i came inside doctors office i waited another hour. i walk in at 8:30 i leave ay 12pm.. what a horrific experience.... such a waste of time... think before you come by..
This is the worst walk in ever. I was third in line when it opened at 8am. At 8:40am I was still not seen. The doctor strolled out to start seeing the first person at 8:25am. Another time in the past I went at 7pm because they said online they were open until 8pm. The doors were locked, staff was behind the desk and no one was in the waiting area. You cannot rely on the hours they list and the doctor clearly is not efficient with time management working through patients. I would suggest any other clinic then this one.
Front staff so rude, they don't respect anyone's time. Even aftet given time by front desk you wait and wait for your turn to come. I have been told 12.30 pm and I am seeing doctor at 1.20pm. Dr. Randhawa is a good doctor. No complaints.
This is a good clinic. The doctors are pretty kind, the front desk staff try hard with their attempts at respect for trans patients but one of their doctors absolutely does not and will go out of her way to misgender patients in the doctors notes that they pay for, so be mindful of that! Regardless of the issue above, I do like this clinic. Their intake process is wonderful. It's amazing not having to wait in the waiting room and just get a phone call when your timeslot comes up.
