As far as I am concerned the people that have complaints need to go elsewhere to find a family Doctor. Good luck. You are lucky to have any professional take the time to help you. I have been with my Dr John Lee for almost 25 year I followed him from Kendalwood Plaza to Courtice to Garrard Rd and now Garden and have never once had a complaint. I had a walkin visit for my 2 year old. Estimate given to come back at 11. I called around the time and was told to come approx at 11:30. But then i got a call at 11:05 to come in 10 mins. There were 5 before us. In no way doctor can see 5 in 10 mins. On top of that 2 more came one at 11:30 and one at 11:45. I don't know what they talked to the receptionist they went before us. Our no came at 1:15. My complaint is for the receptionist how bad one can be to give the estimate off by 2 hrs. And definitely something fishy going ... read more
They taking too much time to treat patient even if you have an appointment at 10.00 they will call you inside 11.36
This location was open when others were closed. Ibarroved just before open for the walk-in doctor and there were only 6 people ahead of me. I didn't have to wait very long even being a new patient. The doctor was very nice and was quick to help. Thank you
