I lost power this morning. I put in an outage ticket. Then I found out through research that the outage was scheduled for construction for 6.5 hours. This is the hottest day of the year at 105 degrees! 1. Why did they not reschedule it to another day rather than leave their customers without power for air conditioning and without freezers/refrigerators? 2. I will never ever forget the way you treated my family & I... Bill was 800.00 we paid it down to 200.00 & $42.00 dollers short of the payment plan you turned off our power. I believe in capitalism but energy companies being a monopoly is a problem I will do everything in my power to get all these people you hurt together in protest of your business practices. I can't believe you laughed at me in my face. I'm gonna raise hell.

After receiving an $800 bill, we arranged a payment plan with Northwestern Energy. We successfully paid the balance down to $200. However, we were unaware that the payment was $40 short of the agreed-upon amount, and our service was disconnected. I visited their office to explain that we would have the remaining funds in two days, but they refused to restore our power. As a result, we are facing a three-day service outage. I’ve changed my address 3 times with these people and keep getting bills from my old of address… I’m over dealing with this and I’ve called four times and been on hold for hours

Literal extortion. Northwestern raises rates randomly and there’s nothing you can do about it. Our bill went from $80 to $175 for a 1,300 square foot house in a month. No changes and lights do not get left on in this house. Support team is semi helpful but pushes advertisements way too hard over the phone to the point where it is a nuisance.
