I would not recommend this property management company to anyone. As renters we were told on the day our lease started the property was not ready for move in. The property needed repairs. The entire experience was stressful and unacceptable. There was also issues with the owner of the property wanting to take occupancy of the home. Stay away from this company.
Application process requires you to give them your bank account number before being approved or having a contract in place. I have never come across this before and I've been renting 8+years applying to a lot of properties. Seems fishy and from the other reviews seems on par with how the company operates. All their 5 star reviews are from 5+ years ago

Rubbish and s’more.
Worst customer service ever, called to report plumbing issue and got no answer, filled out request on website for service no response til next day. Had to stay at hotel and told I won’t be reimbursed for expenses. Hung up on my wife cause she didn’t want to talk about issues. Stay away from this place!!!!
