It’s very unprofessional to not show up for your client who you had even talked to over the phone to confirm appointment time before the appointment. I had scheduled an appointment with her and even called the day before and day of just to confirm time. I showed up 15 minutes early like she had asked me to so I could fill out a few papers and the door was locked. I called and no answer. Figured she was getting lunch.
