Front desk staff was okay.... not spectacular or friendly but proficient. My CT however was extremely frustrating. The tech didn't communicate with me except to tell me that it would take a few minutes to set up. I was very startled when the exam started because I was not warned. I had four exams and nothing else was said to me. I did call out a couple of times but got no response. Very professional staff. Greeted me with kindness.
Very professional and nice. I assumed the machine would be loud as some have said about their MRI, but I didn't think it was loud at all. It was relaxing and I would not have any issue in getting another if I need to.
