Very professional and nice. I assumed the machine would be loud as some have said about their MRI, but I didn't think it was loud at all. It was relaxing and I would not have any issue in getting another if I need to.
This MRI experience was awesome. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I prefer this office over their other location. Paying $500 out the door for an MRI scan is extremely reasonable.
Honestly ive been here two times each the the front desk staff are very rude and they speak to you as if you are an inconvenience to them when printing a cd for a ct scan is a very easy job a job that they are actually getting paid for I was hoping to speak to a manager about the women who spoke to me Carolina was her name she worked around 4:30 4/16
Avoid this place at all costs! The staff and front desk are very unprofessional and don’t seem to like their job, given by their attitude. The only person that I had a great encounter with was the tech. She was very nice and informative when my son went in with major kidney pain. I was told that I would receive his results in 3-5 days and I didn’t hear from them for a week, so I called for a follow up and they still didn’t have results in while my son was in pain.
