This MRI experience was awesome. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I prefer this office over their other location. Paying $500 out the door for an MRI scan is extremely reasonable.

Honestly ive been here two times each the the front desk staff are very rude and they speak to you as if you are an inconvenience to them when printing a cd for a ct scan is a very easy job a job that they are actually getting paid for I was hoping to speak to a manager about the women who spoke to me Carolina was her name she worked around 4:30 4/16

Avoid this place at all costs! The staff and front desk are very unprofessional and don’t seem to like their job, given by their attitude. The only person that I had a great encounter with was the tech. She was very nice and informative when my son went in with major kidney pain. I was told that I would receive his results in 3-5 days and I didn’t hear from them for a week, so I called for a follow up and they still didn’t have results in while my son was in pain. After my Doctor's referral I was told it would take up to 2 weeks to set up my MRI appt because they needed to contact my insurance. 5 weeks later, my insurance has no record of being contacted. I called North West Imaging to verify if my insurance had been contacted and they still had not. Blame was shifted to the person in billing who won't be available till later on today.
