Avoid this place at all costs! The staff and front desk are very unprofessional and don’t seem to like their job, given by their attitude. The only person that I had a great encounter with was the tech. She was very nice and informative when my son went in with major kidney pain. I was told that I would receive his results in 3-5 days and I didn’t hear from them for a week, so I called for a follow up and they still didn’t have results in while my son was in pain. Got mri , noisey machine , excellent work.
After my Doctor's referral I was told it would take up to 2 weeks to set up my MRI appt because they needed to contact my insurance. 5 weeks later, my insurance has no record of being contacted. I called North West Imaging to verify if my insurance had been contacted and they still had not. Blame was shifted to the person in billing who won't be available till later on today. The staff is wonderful I was treated really really good and they seem like they really really care for the patients I'm glad I was referred to them
