Company deleted their previous account to avoid bad review so here it is again... False home inspection cost us the sale of our home. Roman stated in his report that our HVAC system was 20-25+ years old, inoperable and needed replacement. In reality, we had the Mitsubishi MX-4C36NA ductless system installed brand new in June 2016 and it is 100% fully functional. These guys were amazing. Very thorough inspection. Grateful for the time they took to make sure my place was in good shape before I sold it. Appreciate their honesty and responsiveness. They came highly recommended from my realtor friends. Would use again for sure.
