Thanks North West Heating and Cooling for coming to the rescue, great work and would totally recommend.
North west air conditioning/ heating were prompt in repairing my heater which was under warranty. Between Lauren chasing up the part and Scott fixing the issue I am very happy to have my heater up and running again.
Got an error code on the thermostat. Rang North West on Friday morning and they arranged for the electrician to come out on Monday afternoon. Reset and fixed under warranty the same day. Great service.
Sales service and after sales care is excellent. Lovely to deal with and very prompt on all levels. Very much recommend North West Heating and cooling Geelong.
We had organised with admin Taryn to have Scott come around and quote a new gas heater. We waited at our house from 1pm until 4.30pm. I phoned Taryn twice and each time she didn’t follow up with Scott or call us back. We’re really disappointed with the lack of service from this company and for wasting our time. I’ve had great service from Middleton’s and too hot to handle, so for anyone needing quotes I’d suggest going straight to these companies.
