North West Heating and Cooling went beyond my service needs while other Companies didn't. The technician was neat and tidy and offered advice about my Evapotive Cooling System.

Hi Matt I never get involved with our google reviews. However when you suddenly pop up after 4 years and ask for a refund it seems unreasonable. You are obviously planning on following through with threats you have made in writing, about submitting bad reviews on social media. This is a form of extortion. We have heard nothing from you from 2022 until now. In my view people making demands and thinking that you can hold a business to ransom for a quick dollar, should be ashamed of their behaviour. Amazing service, with very professional, knowledgeable staff. Have been using them for many years now and can not recommend them more highly. Very competitive with the rest of the market and would highly recommend them to anyone. Lauren and Scott go above and beyond for their customers.
I do not recommend North West. Their service was ridiculously expensive, they charge two call out fees just for coming to the same job. Their servicing job on our has heater was very bad, they spent 5mins, just turned it on and gave a carbon monoxide report, they didn't do anything they advertised they would. Cost over $500 for less than 1.5 hours, beyond anything reasonable for trades. And then tried to pin me down for more money to put a vent back in place.
