Went to see a 2015 GMC Yukon. The man that helped was NOT trustworthy. The Yukon shakes side to side when turned on. There were multiple leaks in the motor and under the vehicle. The man tried convincing my mom and I that we were seeing things. The man got visibly upset that were more interested in the motor than the actual vehicle.
I had an amazing experience at North West Auto Sales they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car within my budget. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. ALL IN ONE HOUR. Yes that’s what I said. No pressure, just honest and friendly service. Second time coming here to buy , this time I came in wanting a sports car the north west auto team went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted ! Super friendly staff , they made my car buying experience wonderful thanks again guys!
I didn't buy from this place. Largely because the salesman seem to want to show me the carpeting in the back seats much more than he wanted me to look at the engine compartment. And because he really got upset when I told him I would take any vehicle I was seriously considering for a PPI by my own mechanic. Tried to explain to me how the guy they pay is completely reliable. 🙄 Caveat emptor.
Buyers beware. I bought my Yukon XL October2023. Within 2 months, my transmission blew out. Engine troubles since then. Paint from covered up damages coming off. Bottom line, this truck has been through a whole lot more than what was disclosed. It’s been the worst vehicular decision of my life, I’ll take blame for being in a hurry. But just beware, and do your research. This thing is a complete piece of garbage and I’m out a whole lot of money.
