I have been attending this facility for the last 2 months with about 5-6 visits already. Although the staff is friendly, they can be very unprofessional. The personal conversations are out of place. The communication with a patient that either card decline or insurance is not paying, is loud, inconsiderate and somewhat uncomfortable for not just that patient but for the people in the room waiting.
