Horrible customer service from the receptionist for Dr Tom. Broke my ankle, Dr made me take a month off of work, plus the 2 weeks I spent off waiting for ankle surgery and recovery in hospital. My work asked me to have paperwork filled out so I would still get paid during this missing time. They don't believe in calling back to set up appointment.
Cancelled two appointments in a row for my family without providing prior notice. To be able to make the appointments days have to be scheduled off work which means you don’t get paid. No apologies, no compensation, no care. Very unprofessional and just demonstrates their lack of patient care.
Dr Bisland (during my few visits) was unprofessional. Not recommended.
