Dr Bisland (during my few visits) was unprofessional. Not recommended.
I came, I saw, I was offered expensive injections, but abandoned as per usual with new disabling pain. Shout out for not even doing imaging when every physiotherapist said I needed it. The receptionist is a lovely person who restored my faith in humanity, so shout out to her (in earnest) for being such a great person. Such huge thanks to Dr Garach; I have my life back. He did a revision knee sugery on my leg, and 3 months after, I have absolutely no pain. He also accepted to do my other leg; I fully trust him and his team. Also? Such a nice person! Always smiling and comforting. Special thanks also to the receptionists (so courteous) and Colleen, at bookings. Her smile and patience are truly appreciated.
It would not allow me to add 0 stars. Go to London. Avoid this office at all costs. Dr. Jasey has ruined the lives of so many people that any time I tell my story of how he ignored my prosthetic joint infection, I hear several more stories from others who went through the same. I have no idea how he is still allowed to treat anyone. To be fair, I have heard amazing things about Dr. Bisland and his advice led me to a diagnosis.
Attempting phone contact is futile. Phone system is a run around of empty verbiage. Voice mail that is 'NOT" monitored as per the response. Finally received a person and when communicating that their phone system does not work, I get," I only handle surgical bookings", then forwarded to another circle jerk of the phone system If the frontline is sub-standard I can only imagine that the process stream is just as bad.
