they failed to add all my daughters vaccines from her recent appointments to their system. we had to call multiple times and even had to start showing up there til we finally found someone that was competent enough to do so. luckily we only went there 2 times, then switched. Dr Patel was nice. but she needs to find a better staff apparently. also, each time we went we waited over an hour in the waiting room and then atleast another 30-45 before even being seen once we made it to our private room in the back. do not recommend... read more
We have been seeing Dr. Patel for the past 13 years, and we trust her completely. She gives us, as the parents, a chance to talk about concerns, and she listens attentively to us and our little one. Her advice is always pragmatic and never pressure filled. Her insight and knowledge has been a big help to us over the years and she is almost like family to us now.
My wife called and spoke to the receptionist asking if they take new patients and she enthusiastically said that they were. She then asked if our children’s vaccinations were up to date. After my wife told her they weren’t, the receptionists attitude did a 180. Told my wife she’d call her back later and not surprisingly she never did. My wife had to call back herself to verify if they were taking new patients and the same receptionist answered and said they weren’t accepting new patients at this time. This is absolutely the worst pediatric office I’ve ever attended. I have a 13-year-old an eight-year-old and a six year-old they have been seeing Dr. Patel for like the past 34 years I wanna say and I had to start letting my husband take my children to see her because of the frustrations dealing with this doctor. Is she a thorough doctor yes. Dr Patel is absolutely the best Pediatrician. She has been my granddaughter and grandson doctor since their birth. I absolutely love her and her staff.
