I saw the apartment on a Facebook ad and Sabrina reached out and got me a tour right away. She was nice and the apartment was brand new and had alot of storage. I will apply when my lease is up!
I don’t even live here but I heard there’s a pool so 5 out of 5
Horrible. Don’t choose this place, there is thieves almost every night and management wont put up cameras. There is no gates to secure your car and second parking lot is a complete joke. There is barely any parking, no safety, and NO cameras.
I have been living here for almost 3 years and I really like the envirnoment. The location is walking distance from anything that I need. The management is very respectful and approachable, they have always taken care of my concerns quickly and efficiently. Overall, I am very content living here!
Rent is raises every few months. You get one assigned parking and the second is on a jacked up lot. Management takes weeks to acknowledge any request and are extremely rude. All three of them. Laundry is cleaned maybe 3x a month at most.
