Truly terrible bedside manors. The simplest of tasks are done incorrectly. You are just $ to these people, they DO NOT care about your wellbeing, being timely, and your time. They have lost medical documents, sent the wrong prescription(more than once!) and will try to avoid appointments. If you’re looking for a new Dr, keep looking! I know I am!
This is such a shit show place it’s unbelievable. My family doctor is absolutely careless!
Dr. Ansari is simply amazing. Great staff such as Kiana are always great help and empathize with the patient.
Unprofessional and disorganized administration. Allowing appointments to be booked, confirmations received and patients attending the site to see the doors locked and office closed. People loitering thinking perhaps the Dr Rad was just running late. Do you really have an appointment?
