I had a great experience at NVMC. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Facility was clean and well-organized. The doctor was professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. I would like to also add about my acupuncture experience with Dr. Elham which has truly transformed my life! I had specific symptoms and needed to discuss them, after a long wait for an appointment I was advised to take a blood test. The test results were normal so they didn't bother reporting it to me and see further into my symptoms, after 4 days of taking the test and silence I followed up and asked for an appointment to discuss my still existing symptoms and complained about lack of care since I expected them to initiate the follow up and report the results to help me with my condition, the receptionist on the phone was unbelie... read more
