They refused to give my test results over the phone. I had to take time off work to go to their office to get test results. After 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes before there was a room available. All patients in the waiting room where seen and left. I was the only one left in the waiting room. The ladies in the front left for lunch and I was still waiting!! I ended up having the results sent to my primary and left. I don't know how they think keeping someone waiting for more than 2... read more
