Eh, changed my rating to 1. Sad what happened to this company and staff. We have been going to NVPT for 5 years now, for Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy. We absolutely love the clinic and the quality therapist that they hire. We use Danielle & Lasette for my daughter's therapy and they are the absolute best! They are very compassionate, patient and very knowledgeable to help my daughter grow and meet her goals. I highly recommend North Valley Pediatric Therapy!
I've called their referral department 4 times and left voicemails over the last 2 weeks. I haven't recieved a call back. Would hate to see the quality of services they provide if they can't even return phone calls to set up an initial assessment.
Was loving it there until 4/5 when I received a text stating "as of 4/4" the day prior, that they would no longer be offering feeding or speech therapies that we attend. This is not only extremely unprofessional but also detrimental to kids who need routine in daily activities and consistent therapies to continue to improve. To my understanding, the providers were notified 4/4 and just dropped as well.
DO NOT GO HERE! They were bought off by Inspire Horizons and are very unprofessional they fired a ton of staff we were placed on hold for o.t for a year and still no replacement and been on wait list for ABA since 2019 and still no updates in 2025. On April 4th they decided to just close shop with speech and occupation therapy without giving parents and staff time to find another company just to keep ABA ONLY . They do not care about anyone do not go here for Aba they only care about getting paid not you kiddos. Been coming ... read more
This place is going downhill. I have been going to this location since they expanded on both sides of the building they're in. It was really nice in the beginning—I don't remember if it was 2018 or 2019 when North Valley Pediatric Therapy first opened. The therapists loved their jobs. The therapists had a bond with the children as well. It seems that North Valley Pediatric Therapy just gets whoever now, and then they leave, so you have to do an intake evaluation every time.
