If I could give them 0 stars I would. I never got a bill from them or a notice that I owed them money they just sent me straight to collections, avoid this EMERGENCY ROOM there are better hospitals. So turns out it was a doctor that sent me to collections the 3 hours I was there I never saw a doctor only 2 nurses that talked to me a total of 3 minutes the whole time I was there.
No idea who these people are. I received a "Final Notice" having received no prior mail, email, or phone call, that I owe them $1200 and that I am, "seriously past due". Scam LLC, I will be reporting them to the BBB.
They never sent me a bill, I didn't even know my daughter saw them since it was at a banner ER dept. Anyways without me getting a bill or them even trying to figure out my insurance with Banner (obviously they work alongside) they sent me to collections. I called my insurance and they said they never got billed but that my daughter was 100% covered at the time and they even contacted them for me. But awesome sauce right. So im in collections now while trying to buy a house. Nope. They won't let me because of this. I have cal... read more
