Dr Gutman was fantastic. He explained the entire process and what to expect after recovery. He is the first Doctor in my Seventy one years that I have found to be both professional and personal. The staff was professional and polite, I arrived three minutes before my appointment and was in and out in under 15 minutes.

If I could leave less than one star I would. The receptionist was nice, however the woman who brought my TWO YEAR OLD back and started BARKING orders at him coupled with “Doctor Kaiser’s” treatment of my child- I wouldn’t trust either of them to perform work on my dog. It must be because I’m uninsured and had to cash pay for a $250 visit then after 4 minutes in the room the “Doctor” deems surgery necessary for my TWO year old. I have been going to North Valley ears, nose, and throat for about a year now. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gutman. He is a great doctor. He listens , offers great suggestions and is very professional. He cares about his patients. I highly recommend North Valley ears, nose, and throat.
