My daughter’s experience was excellent. The nursing staff provided outstanding customer service and answered all of our questions thoroughly. They made sure we were comfortable at all times and kept us informed about every detail of my daughter’s surgery. My Inspire is doing great, Dr Guttman did awesome. my experience it the best outcome.
I went years of progressively being unable to breathe through my nose. I really appreciated the referral to Dr Gutman. He saw the issues and fixed them surgically. I am very happy with the results. Dr Gutman explained the procedures in a way that I could understand. Very caring! His Office Staff and Medical Assistant are all very kind and helpful!
This office operates like an auto mechanic franchise taking advantage of the inexperienced. My son went to them because he had chronic sore throats and left with a signed contract to have plastic surgery. I dont understand all the bad reviews. Maybe service was bad during and just after the pandemic. My only "needs improvement" area would be that I suppose they could improve "bedside manner" as I know the 1st time i went there the Drs felt real "hi whats wrong? Take/lets do this. Ok bye." BUT with that said, im not one for small take anyway so im good with a short visitation.
