Don’t go here unless you want to do with the very rude snarky staff. Very pushy facility none of these people have sense of costumer service… the front desk woman who has glasses is rude… talks over people, no eye contact, very rude. everything is rushed here as well… better off somewhere else then this place.

I was going to let this be, but since I suffered through my experience here in multiple ways I will share it with others. I had a dental emergency and needed a root canal on multiple teeth and crown. During the procedures I remember it feeling rough and painful when she was working on me to the point where I needed to ask for more numbing a couple of times. North valley is great! I had a bad experience at a different dental office and it left me scared of going to the dentist but north valley changed that for me. The dentist was very nice and informative as was the hygienist. My teeth feel great! I could tell by the way they talked to the other patients around me that everyone is super friendly and really cares!

I have been going to north valley for about 2 years now. Each staff memeber is kind and I have always been happy with the treatment. Very compassionate and understanding.
