I purchased a vehicle from this dealership that turned out to be mechanically unsound shortly after purchase. When issues surfaced, the dealer, Rick, initially agreed to cover diagnostic costs but later refused to follow through. Communication was inconsistent, and attempts to resolve the issue directly were unsuccessful.
