I'm Absolutely astonished about how this place is still open. They are awful people absolute swindlers. Had 2500 cash in hand for a car that i would need to fix up (broken windshield, abs system needed replacement, break traction light was on and the button didn't work to turn it off, needed new tires and headliner) but when the offer was put in it was immediately denied saying Rick was "firm on price" for an absolute dud of a car.
We got completely swindled. We bought a car with a really fast talking salesperson named Ashton. She assured us their mechanic checked out the vehicle and nothing was wrong, but they had us sign a purchase agreement that apparently excluded the engine from the limited warranty. We had the car one day! One day! And boom flashing lights. Took it to the mechanic and he said the motor is bad. Yes I bought a car recently at North valley Auto sales in Albuquerque I paid cash the owner as well as the young lady who works in the office told me if there's any problem with engine or transmission they would take of it. in the warranty it says if there's a issue as long you don't drive over ,500 miles they would take care of it on them the owner I have tried to talk to the owner he told me last Friday he's not going to pay for it he went back on his word I have compromised with him but he really disrespected me as a cust... read more
Rick may just be the most unprofessional individual I've ever encountered, apparently he is not in the 20th century and has piles of paperwork buried In a storage some place. So a WARNING to anyone that is interested in purchasing a vehicle from him!
This place is so ghetto and Rick is so unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!
