Very professional.
Dr Steven Mutchnik was amazing. They ran tests, explained the procedure and it worked very well. Friendly, efficient, patient. I can now sleep the night through and the plumbing is back to what it was when I was 20. And he follows up with annual check-ups. I really couldn't ask for anything better.
The reception staff and nursing staff are very nice. The doctor is also very nice and very complete in his approach. I did not feel rushed. Nor is he rushing me to do anything about my BPH until I am ready.
