All staff are excellent - knowledgeable, kind, caring and professional. I especially appreciate how Dr. Echharam took the time to clearly explain everything.
Reached out to this clinic online, spoke to the office assistant, he booked me for a day and time. Called to check how long the procedure was going to be as I never done it before. Was told 40-50 min. All of that was done 3-4 weeks before the appt. Came on the given day and time to find out that they cannot find my email with confirmation and there is no appt for me.
